We provide brand identity design and website design services for businesses. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of each project are set out in a written proposal, quote, or invoice we provide before work begins (a "Proposal"). If a Proposal conflicts with these Terms, the Proposal takes priority for that project.
Our free audit is a review of your existing brand and website with written recommendations. It is provided at no charge and creates no obligation for you to purchase our services. The recommendations are general guidance based on the information available to us.
Our standard delivery time is one week. The timeline starts once any payment due at the start of the project has been received and we have the materials and information listed in the Proposal. Delays in receiving materials, feedback, or approvals from you extend the timeline by the same amount.
Fees are stated in U.S. dollars in the Proposal or invoice. Payment is due according to the terms on each invoice and is processed through third-party payment providers. If a payment is overdue, we may pause work until it is received.
The number of revision rounds included in a project is stated in the Proposal. Requests beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We keep confidential any non-public business information you share with us and use it only to deliver your project, except where disclosure is required by law.
We design with your goals in mind, but we do not guarantee specific business results such as revenue, sign-ups, funding, or search rankings. Except as stated in these Terms or a Proposal, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Neovora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project.
You agree to cover any claims, losses, or costs arising from materials you provide to us or from your use of the deliverables in breach of law or of someone else's rights.
The content of this Website belongs to Neovora Consulting LLC. You may not copy, misuse, or interfere with the Website, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Missoula County, Montana.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when a Proposal is accepted applies to that project.
